What to expect from Selecao against Azzurri

The most exciting match of the confederations cup thus far. With the Azzurri scoring in each of their previous matches and has not failed to make their opponents pay for any slip up at the back.

Having played so well in their first two matches and give the people of brazil a reason to buy tickets for all of their games .The selecao have been a pretty good team and have been able to score in each of their matches they have played with their talisman Neymar flourishing fine form that has captivated the world and the management of Barcelona football club.

Well there would be no need to mention names as we are all very familiar with the Brazilian national team and the Italian national team as well. As both teams have won all their matches played, only the selecao has the luxury of not conceding goals any goal.

Unlike the Brazilians, Azzurri has conceded quit a number of goals which came as a shock if you took into consideration the nature of the Italian game play. It is without doubt one of the most uncharacteristic display of defensively   specking. I could have bet all my money before the match that Japan would not score a single goal against the Azzurri.

With the Azzurri coming against a team like the selecao there would have to be really sharp as the wonder kid has been in top form in this tournament scoring a total of two supper goals that are very hard to forget because of the enormous technique it took to make the goal look so easy.

The Azzurri would have to make sure that their midfield maestro,  Andres Pirlo ,have a great day since the selecao defence is not so  much. One good pass and there would be lots of goal in favour of the Azzurri .Who has all it takes to dent the record of the selecao if only they find it them to play to the level which they played in the Euro 2012.

A lot would be expected of both Mario Balotelli and Neymar as they have been really instrumental to the progress of the national team and club. With Neymar fifty-six million Euro move to Barcelona FC, we are all out to see a lot more of these guys in Europe next season.

If the Selecao can keep up with their work rate up front and defensively, they ought to come out of this match with flying colours.
